Owned and operated by Paramount Management/Dexel Developments, City Centre Atlantic is a commercial retail building located in the heart of downtown Halifax and is home to over 20 businesses.
As an older building, City Centre Atlantic’s layout was confusing, and wayfinding was nonexistent; signage was a mix of old signs completed at various stages of the building’s life. The blend of signs made it difficult to navigate.
As the new owners, Dexel Developments prioritized wayfinding and hired eyecandy to project manage and implement a new sign system. The project began with a substantial planning and content management process led by eyecandy.

With a keen understanding of Paramount’s project priorities, eyecandy produced custom directory and parkade signage that had an abundance of visual interest which allowed them to shine as focal points that move people efficiently throughout the parkade.
